Agriculture Harmonizes With Community During Jefferson County Dairy Parade

Watertown NY. On June 2, agriculture will harmonize with the Watertown NY community when Northern Blend Chorus steps onto Washington street to bring their barbershop style a cappella harmony to the Jefferson County Dairy Parade. The 35 member chorus will perform several songs during a 15 minute set in front of the Dulles State Office Building prior to the arrival of the dairy parade. The performance begins at approximately 6:45pm and will be visible to the public around the Dulles State Office building and the hotel across the street. Just after 7pm, as the dairy parade has started down Washington Street from Watertown High School, Northern Blend Chorus will perform their rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. This special event is sponsored by Wood Farms LLC of Cape Vincent NY, an outstanding family-owned dairy farm. Black Shoe Production/Builders is providing audio support and NBC Watertown will provide a livestream and on-air broadcast. The Jefferson County Dairy Parade is a production of Jefferson County Economic Development and the Jefferson County Agricultural Promotion Board.
